Request a Tennessee Academic Library
Collaborative (TALC) card to be mailed to you,and check out books at the nearest Tennessee Board of Regents or University of Tennessee College or University Library.
Please fill in the entire form; so that your request can be processed as expeditious as possible. Your RODP application needs to match registration data on file for validation before ID is mailed.

Request a Tennessee Academic Library Collaborative (TALC) card to be mailed to you, if you:
- live further than 30 miles from your TBR "home" college or university campus or teaching center
- are currently enrolled in an RODP distance learning web course
- are not enrolled in regular classes at a TBR college or university (please visit your campus library)
- submit an application that matches your registration information.

| Attention RODP Students |
- Only apply for a TALC card if you will be using a TBR or UT Library other than your home school's library.
- Visit your home school's library if you live near the college or university you will receive your diploma from.
- Contact your college or university library's circulation desk and request your student id / library card.

Please visit your "home campus"Library if residing within a 30 mile radius of your "home campus to pick up your TALC card. Please have a current picture ID with you.
